ABOUT FOUNDERS:
The idea for FOLLOW YOUR DREAM was birthed from an innocent lunch conversation in which, Vincent and Brian were asked, "How does the community curb the violence in Chicago?" From that conversation Vincent spoke out and stated through teaching youth how to FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS. That conversation spawned the development of FOLLOW YOUR DREAM and motivational speaking.

Vincent E. Gray is the Co-Founder of Follow Your Dream progam, and is deeply passionate about assisting young men in identifying their purpose, and developing a sufficient plant to accomplish their dreams.
Vincent's academic background in social emotional development serves as a buffer for youth with internal conflict. He has an organic way of communicating eternal truths in the most simplistic and youthful tonality. His academic and non-academic vernacular is connective and transformative.

Brian Kizer Sr. is the Founder of Follow Your Dream. He has over 15 years experience as a youth advocate, and has an uncanny knack for inflaming the minds of youth with his powerful speeches and poetic flair.
